Analise Phase
On this point of the Project, we will complete an in-depth analysis of the results obtained from the Measurement Phase. We will support you through the identification of the root causes where you need to focus to generate a change.

This is the most challenging phase of the project as your team will start applying the changes on the field with the process owners.
