Measure Phase
On this phase, we will guide you through the development and execution of a measurement plan. In other words, we will help you to determine how big is your opportunity and how to track the improvement of your current system.

Analise Phase
On this point of the Project, we will complete an in-depth analysis of the results obtained from the Measurement Phase. We will support you through the identification of the root causes where you need to focus to generate a change.

Improve Phase
During this phase we will focus in the definition of a Pilot to apply our learnings from the Analyse phase. In addition, we will complete a development of a comprehensive Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) to deliver the improvement expected.

Control Phase
This is the most challenging phase of the project as your team will start applying the changes on the field with the process owners. In this final stage, we will allocate to your disposition our team of experts to create a Model of Influence, using our Minds and Hearts framework, to ensure the sustainability of your changes.
