Concept Map
A successful digital application must start with a strong Planning Phase.
A well-defined project will increase your possibilities of success and will save you a lot of unexpected issues in the future. A change during this phase usually cost 10% compared with one on Development Phase. This why all the time invested at this point of the project is a good investment.
During this phase it is important to answer these questions:
- Why are you going Digital? What is the problem you are expecting to solve?
- Who are your customers? Do you need a solution for an internal problem of your company? Or are you expecting to use the solution to engage with your customers?
- Where are you expecting to operate? Overseas? Locally?
- What tools do you need? Do you need a domain? Do you need a hosting?
- What brand are you going to use? Can you use it?
- What level of automation do you required?
- What is the scalability required? When do you need to expand?
- What programming language is the best for your product?
These questions are just the tip of the iceberg, so why to embark alone on this process?

Our team of experts count with the expertise and knowledge to guide you through the development of your idea to minimise your risks and maximise the possibility of success.
Deliverables:
- Confidentiality Agreement
- Sketches
- Process Maps
- Wireframes
- Mockups
- Scope of MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
- Marketing Plan, if required
- Schedule definition
Design Phase
The first step to position your product in the market is through a powerful and functional design. A well-designed product will have more possibilities to engage properly with your customer and will make you look more professional.
This stage liaises the Concept and the Development Phases, and will allow you to see the final appearance of the product before it is fully functional. The cost of a change on this point of the project is usually one fifth of the Development Phase if requires a modification of the project scope. This is why it will represent an opportunity to make changes at a lower cost.
If your product requires a brand it will be included on this phase.
We use a quality gates process during this phase to ensure we are always going on the right direction. Our final aim is to surpass your expectations delivering a world class product.
Deliverables:
- Logo sketches and concepts
- Sketches
- Process Maps
- Wireframes
- Mockups
- Scope of MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
- Marketing Plan, if required
- Schedule definition
Development Phase
On this phase we will create the functionality of your product. All the algorithms, interactions and screens created on the two previous phases, will be brought to life. The programming language used on this stage is usually defined on the Concept Phase.
This stage is integrated by two main components.
The Back-end and the Front-end.
Back-End
The Front-end is integrated by all the operations that your user will see. It will give life to all the information of the Back-End.
Some of the deliverables of the Front-end will be:
- Interconnection Front-end Back-end
- Dashboards
- Layer interface
- Payment gateway if required
Front-End
The Back-end is where all the data will be stored and will ensure all the operations that your users are not going to see but are key for the functionality of the product.
Some of the typical deliverables for the Back-end will include:
- Data Connection Interface
- Security and Login Interface
- User Interface
- User-Administrator Interface
Testing Phase
- Individual module testing: to check the functionality of each one of your product modules
- Integration testing: to verify the integration of the modules and its functionality
- System testing with a pilot: we will check the operation of the product with full simulations and pilot users
- Acceptance testing. A final test where you are going to check the full functionality of the application with all the features
Launching Phase
Deliverables:
- Original documents and files of the Project. We will only keep copies upon your requirement
- Final project report
- Performance reports (if it was defined on the Concept Phase)
